Sophie Bulkin is a third-year student majoring in Rhetoric and minoring in Public Policy. Sophie is active in the Jewish community as a fellow for the LawFare Project, member of the Chabad student board, and campaign manager for Shaya Keyvenfar’s office, where she has worked to make UC Berkeley a safe space for all students. She has recently worked for the Lawfare Project, the San Diego public defender's office, and on her own non-profit (Together as One) with the hopes of creating a more unified and equitable environment. Upon graduation, she hopes to attend law school and pursue a career in environmental justice or human rights advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and going to the beach!
