The Tel Aviv–Berkeley Executive LLM Program, founded in 2004, brings dozens of Israeli lawyers, judges, and policymakers annually to learn at UC Berkeley and complete their LL.M. (masters) degree from Tel Aviv University. The program is coordinated with Tel Aviv University’s Buchmann Faculty of Law, and combines two semesters taught in Israel with a third summer semester on the Berkeley campus. The partnership between Berkeley and Tel Aviv draws on both schools’ strengths in intellectual property, public policy, and commercial law, and emphasizes a combination of theory and practice by integrating academic inquiry with interactions among peers in the legal, governmental, and high-tech sectors.

Please contact Rebecca Golbert, the Institute’s Executive Director, at rlgolbert@law.berkeley.edu, for more information on the Berkeley–Tel Aviv Executive LLM Program.
