Elad Herscovitch is a final year undergraduate from Israel pursuing a dual B.A. in Economics and Entrepreneurship at Reichman University and will spend the 2025–26 academic year at UC Berkeley through the BESAP exchange program. He is passionate about working in the high-tech industry and gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and business. In Israel, Elad served in the IDF Paratroopers Brigade as a Senior Sergeant, led the Impact Club at Reichman University, worked as Operations & Integration Manager at Lynxight - an AI startup developing drowning-detection technology and co-founded a company through which he opened and managed a bar in Binyamina. Looking ahead, he aspires to build a career in technology management and entrepreneurship. Beyond academics, Elad is a lifelong supporter of Maccabi Haifa Football (Soccer) Club, a saxophone player, a black belt in Shotokan Karate, and enjoys snowboarding and diving.
