Noah Hysler Rubin is the 2024-2025 Koret Visiting Professor in Israel Studies at the Helen Diller Institute. A cultural geographer and town planner, she holds a degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her research delves into the spatial dynamics of political, social, and cultural interactions in town planning. She is the author of Patrick Geddes and Town Planning: A Critical View (Routledge, 2011), a significant contribution to the field. At Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, Dr. Hysler Rubin teaches planning history and theory, enriching her academic engagement.
