Shaya is a sophomore intending to major in Global Studies and Political Economics as well as minoring in Jewish Studies at UC Berkeley. She is passionate about social justice, specifically human rights and mental health work, as well as yoga, art, and music. Ami Lipkind

Ami Lipkind is a second year Undergraduate majoring in Economics and Data Science. At Berkeley, he is active in Students Supporting Israel (SSI) as the Director of Education. He leads bi-weekly education sessions for the board members, and participates in weekly tabling where he discusses issues surrounding Israel with the greater UC Berkeley community. Upon graduation, Ami hopes to pursue a PhD in Economics. In his free time, he enjoys studying classics, reading Russian literature, and practicing Shotokan Karate.

Emett Mendel

Emett Mendel is a first-year student majoring in Data Science and planning to double major in Political Economy. His academic interests include the intersection of politics and technology, specifically AI policy, using data science for the good of society, and Spanish language and culture. Jack Metzger is a First Year Undergraduate, majoring in Data Science with a minor in History. At Berkeley, he is an active participant in Jewish life, part of the Berkeley Bridging Fellowship, which is dedicated to bring together pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian students to promote discussion. Brooke Resnick

Brooke Resnik is a second-year student majoring in Legal Studies and intending to minor in Public Policy. Brooke is active in the Jewish community through her membership in the student organization Tikvah/SSI and as co-head of the Jewish Unity department in Senator Keyvanfar's office. Maya Sofer is a freshman majoring in Business Administration and intending to minor in Israel Studies and Philosophy. She is passionate about startups and entrepreneurship, and has thus worked with Israeli founders and companies, hoping to found her own company in the "startup nation".
